At Seek the Treasure, we take great care to check and pack every order with love before it leaves us. Most parcels arrive just as they should, but if something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to fix it quickly.
Change Of Mind
We don’t accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before placing your order.
Faulty Or Damaged Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. Include your order number and photos of the issue. Keep the item and packaging until we’ve reviewed your claim. Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement if available or a refund.
Conditions
Claims must be made within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. We may decline claims caused by misuse, neglect or normal wear and tear.
Shipping Costs
If your item is confirmed as faulty, we’ll cover reasonable return postage if a return is needed. If the item is not found to be faulty, you may need to cover return postage. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
